Hiring an in-house editor is extremely time consuming. You spend countless hours and resources searching, hiring, and training only to not get the results you want. We take all of that time and give it back to you so you can use it to make all of the money back and then some.
On average, you are able to receive the first draft in 72 hours. This depends on the length of the footage, the length of the final video, if it includes animations, how detailed your brief is, and the overall complexity of the edit. Every revision will be done within the next day, unless the revisions are incredibly extensive, or you request us to re-do the entire video, haha!
After you’ve subscribed, you get access to a Trello board where you can submit your requests. We will ask you to fill out a form and upload all of the files we need to start the edit. Receive your first edit within 72 hours on average via Frame.io and leave any and all comments you have. We will go back and revise ASAP, and we will repeat this process until you approve the final version. Once approved you will receive a download link to your video, so you can publish it whenever you are ready!

Lastly, you can give us as much or as little creative freedom as you’d like, and we’ll have our best people bring your vision to life!

There is no limit to the number of requests you can make.
Depending on your package you can activate 1 request in the Shorts and Lite Package or 2 requests in the Pro Package to be worked on at a time. If you’d like to make your Shorts or Lite package a 2-request one, you can just let us know! :)
Once you deactivate any active requests and email us requesting to pause your subscription, we will take note of any unused days on your package and you can come back when you’re ready to activate your request to get the ball rolling again.
Due to the high effort our editors put in, there are no refunds on any started projects. However, you can cancel at any time and we will refund you a pro-rated amount for any time you have left in your package.
